We had looked at several places to purchase shutters all over the valley. By accident we found Al at Blind Wholesaler. The day we went into the office Al was extremely busy with another customer on the phone. At no time did Al ever not attend to our every need. What we ended up getting for the price and quality was unmatched anywhere else we had been too. We are so pleased with the shutters and quality! We would highly recommend Blind wholesaler! If you’re looking for window blinds/patio shades you have to give these guys a call. They were at least $800 below the closest competition. The guys who came out to install my patio shades were professional and extremely knowledgeable. One of the installers (Steve) answered every question I had while I watched them install my patio shades. Again if you’re getting estimates…do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Sean left the job, and the owner Al called us to make things right. Apparently Sean made a lot of mistakes and damage to the business. Al came in personally and took measurements. When the blinds came the second time, though, they were the wrong kind again! The blinds ordered required drilling holes in our marble window sills which was not an option. Al reordered everything again. I am sure by this point he lost big money on our house but he didn’t whine or leave any unfinished business. The correct blinds came 2 weeks ago and installed perfectly. He even gave us a discount for salesman mistakes. We are happy with the final results, even though it took us 4 months to get everything done.

Al Ander at Blinds Wholesaler assisted us with window coverings at two locations. We found him to be very professional and courteous. Everything was managed on schedule and within budget. We were very pleased with the results.

My husband and I ordered outside, motorized shades last spring from Al. We wanted to have a secure balcony so our cats can go outside. Al came out right away, measured, gave us the cost, and ordered the shades. He was told he would have them in about six weeks. The manufacturer kept putting the order aside, taking care of others first. We all waited for several months. Al decided that he should look for another manufacturer instead of continuing to wait longer. He did his research, ordered from another company, and finally got our shades to us, perfectly installed I might add. We feel that it was well worth waiting for. Al operated in total integrity and did everything he could to ensure that the shades we received were at least as good quality as the original ones we ordered. We think they might be better. We are extremely happy with the product, the installation, and the integrity and professionalism involved.

I ordered blinds from this company and not only did they have the best price, but the owner came to the install and made sure everything was perfect. He helped me pick the perfect product and took his time to explain everything to me. He broke down the difference in price and quality which I particularly liked because when I realized that his price was almost 50% less than the competition, I was able to get the higher quality blind that I wanted.
